No academic tests or interviews are required. All applications will be reviewed and verified by the Admissions Team. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via email along with further registration instructions.
Is the student exchange program paid?
This is a self-funded program designed to provide students with valuable international learning and cultural experiences. For participants seeking financial support, our team can also provide a sponsorship proposal to be submitted to schools, universities, companies, or other institutions.
How do I register for the student exchange program?
The registration process begins by selecting a program and completing the online registration form through the Student Exchange ID website. After submitting the form, applicants will receive a Registration Confirmation Email and undergo a verification process, which may take up to 3 × 24 hours.
Applicants who successfully pass the verification stage will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via email. Once the LoA has been issued, participants may proceed with the payment process and submit payment confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.
After payment has been confirmed, participants will be officially enrolled in the program, added to the participant group, and guided through the pre-departure preparation process. Upon completion of the program, participants will become part of the Student Exchange ID Alumni Network.
